About Robert:

Hamilton joined the United States Marine Corps in 2007 and attended the Navy Justice Legal School in Rhode Island from November 2007 to March 2008.

While a Marine, he served as a litigation paralegal in the busiest legal department in the military.  He was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal as a result of his hard work and dedication while working with the Legal Service Support Section on Camp Pendleton.

After finishing his contract with the United States Marine Corps, Hamilton moved back to Buffalo, New York, and finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Ashford University.  Hamilton graduated early and moved to New York City in 2016 to attend law school.  While in law school, he worked for Kissling Interests, Inc., and the Bronx County Family Court under Judge Peter Passidomo.  He graduated the Accelerated Law Program from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in May 2018.

In July 2018, Hamilton passed the New York State Bar Exam and was sworn in on January 9, 2019, in the 4th Department of New York.  At Losi & Gangi, Hamilton, handles Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation cases as an associate attorney.

Mr. Brown has also argued many appeals in both New York State and federal appellate courts.
